Following a 25-year career in the British Army, that culminated in command of the Light Dragoons, David assisted in the start-up of Control Risks’ High-Risk Managed Services in Iraq.  He went on to run the Control Risks business there for 16 years until December 2020, providing a broad spectrum of services to the diplomatic, energy and capacity building sectors. In his time in Iraq, he spent 2 years as chair of the Private Security Association, providing the essential gearing between the private security sector, Multi-National Forces Iraq and the Government of Iraq. He brings a wealth of experience to Grey Prism Group as its Chairman.

Will is a Co-Founder and Partner at Grey Prism. He is an experienced Security Sector Operator, Founder and Investor, and specialises in delivering and integrating innovative technology solutions into Commercial and National Security problem sets.
 
Will spent 10 years in the British Army, and served as a Major in a Specialist Military Unit, Commando and JTAC. He has deployed on numerous global operations, led multi-agency teams, and was a West Africa Head of Department for the FCDO in Nigeria. He has diverse commercial and advisory experience across the MENA region and Eastern Europe, and brings previous experience from Blackrock, Investbridge Capital and UK Parliament. Will is the Managing Partner of MD One Ventures, Europe’s first National Security Venture Capital firm, and has broad transactional experience across a number of Venture Capital sectors. He supports a range of charitable initiatives, and sits on the City Veterans Committee.

Zak is the Grey Prism Partner responsible for the group’s specialist procurement activities. His track record includes providing business development and risk-mitigation strategies to a $2.5 billion US turnaround group for their portfolio of companies in post-conflict and higher-risk countries, within Defence and Manufacturing. He also brings diverse cross-sector experience in advising governments, militaries and law-enforcement agencies on procurement strategies
